The client initially came to us seeking a sales brochure to promote their new community, but the project quickly evolved into the foundation for their brand identity. Anand Nilay wanted a high-end brand experience that reflected the rich culture and heritage of their community. With only a logo in place, I developed an art system featuring elevated typography, a refined color palette, and elegant design details that established a cohesive visual direction. Because photography was limited while the community was still under construction, I curated lifestyle imagery that conveyed warmth and aspiration. I also structured the brochure so that each floor plan could be printed individually, ensuring both beauty and functionality. The final design was met with enthusiasm, and the typography, color palette, photography, and submark were later adopted across all marketing materials, creating a unified and luxurious brand presence.
