Dream Finders Homes needed a way to cohesively announce new communities even when amenities were not yet built, homes were not available to showcase, and buyers were unfamiliar with the location. I led the creative direction by creating a flexible template system that told a quick and compelling story for each division, using design and curated imagery to establish a sense of lifestyle and place. This solution provided the brand with a consistent and scalable tool that generated excitement, encouraged potential buyers to join VIP interest lists or request showings, and gave them a clear sense of the community, its future amenities, and the surrounding area.
