EG Home Digital and Print Campaign

EG Home sought an elevated, editorial-style campaign to reflect the curated, high-end nature of their Enclave at Barn Island community, where homes started in the $800s. I developed the visual direction, created the logo lockup, selected photography, and chose typography that felt distinct yet complementary to their established brand. With limited assets available, including only one partially finished home and photography from similar models, I focused on creating a refined aesthetic that emphasized craftsmanship, lifestyle, and proximity to nearby amenities. The campaign performed successfully, generating multiple qualified leads, and the client was thrilled with the results, requiring only minimal revisions.
