Hill Farm Brand Identity
Hill Farm was seeking a brand refresh. Their existing black and gold identity felt outdated and failed to reflect the elevated nature of their unique homes. It was also important to the client that we preserved elements of the property’s character, as it sits on a 500-acre nature preserve just outside of town and carries a rich sense of history and tranquility. With a target audience of affluent buyers seeking a peaceful, lock-and-leave second home, I led a complete visual transformation that introduced a refined color palette, modern typography, and distinctive design elements to convey sophistication and authenticity. I also incorporated photography that showcased their amenities and highlighted the natural beauty of the property, resulting in an identity that feels both upscale and inviting. The final design system was fully adopted and implemented across all materials without revision, demonstrating its strength and alignment with the client’s vision.

Curated lifestyle photography showcasing the target audience and the diverse amenities offered both on-site and in the surrounding area.

Hill Farms wanted to foster a sense of community while highlighting their clubhouse amenity. I developed the “Supper Club” graphic to give them a branded option for hosting events that bring homeowners and the broader community together.
