Dream Finders Homes launched a digital and print campaign to promote a new community located in a more rural area, focusing on the benefits of nature, space, and affordability for families while reinforcing that Dream Finders makes homeownership simple and attainable. Since the location had low visibility, new signage was added to increase awareness and drive traffic. I established the visual direction by developing logo locks, curating stock and product photography, creating the color palette and mood board, and ensuring the overall aesthetic felt light, inviting, and modern. The campaign performed well, with the new signage generating several leads and the Performance Max video and social ads receiving strong engagement.
